Construction Impact Framework
CIF is the agent for Safe Regeneration; it is intended CIF will be a Central Purchasing Body as defined (as defined by Regulation 2(1) of the UK statutory Instrument 2015 nº 102 “The Public Contracts Regulations 2015” (the regulations) across the North West, Yorkshire and Humberside, Wales and Scotland.
To avoid doubt this includes all Central Governing Authorities listed in Schedule 1 of the regulations and Subcentral Authorities as defined in Schedule 2(1) of the regulations.
CIF currently provides services to NHS Foundation Trusts www.nhs.uk/servicedirectories/pages/nhstrustlisting, Community Care Organisations, Social Housing providers, Universities & Local Authorities.
Contract award will be on a lot-by-lot basis with the option of further mini-competition or direct award; mini-competition will be based on technical ability followed by cost. full scopes of works will be issued on a project by project basis.
A maximum of 10 highest scoring supply partners will be selected per lot.
