Installation / Replacement of Central Heating to Wrexham County Borough Council Housing Stock
The work comprises of installation and /or replacement of central heating systems as required on a day to day basis to council dwellings within the County Borough. The works will mainly be the installation of new, full, central heating installations to addresses where the existing gas boiler is non-condensing. There may also, increasingly, be instances where only replacement boilers are required and existing pipework and radiators retained. There may also be a small number of replacement solid fuel systems within the contract.
