The current contract for Gas appliance maintenance services – Recurrent Lead is projected to end on 31-MAY-20 and may be available for retender. Midland Heart Gas Compliance Support Contract.
Midland Heart Gas Compliance Support Contract.
The Contractor shall be expected to provide a 7 days a week year round service for Gas Servicing, Gas Safety Checks, Issuing LGSR’s and Cap off/make safe to any of the Midland Hearts domestic gas installations (including commercial schemes).
This contract is to run in conjunction with the gas servicing programme undertaken by the main gas service provider already in place. The works will generally involve gaining access to properties that have received at least 3 previous attempts to gain access by the main gas service provider. Occasionally this may not be the case and the Contractor for the Gas Compliance Support Contract is expected to be flexible to the requirements of the Midland Heart Contract Manager whose objective is to ensure 100 % compliance with industry regulations at all times for Midland Heart.
