Work starts on 150-job scheme
Work has started on a new base for a professional services consultancy at Longbridge Technology Park which is set to bring more than 150 jobs to the site.Birmingham-headquartered developer St Modwen has said the scheme is expected to be completed in spring 2020.Barnett Waddingham signed a 15-year lease for the 21,000 sq ft space in December 2018. The deal was the biggest out-of-town letting in the region for the fourth quarter and the business is expected to bring more than 150 jobs to the area.
