Short description of the contract or purchase(s):: Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) is looking to create frameworks for Rural Buildings and Housing Maintenance Management Services, including but not limited to all aspects of rural building’s and housing maintenance, restoration, refurbishment, demolition and construction of new agricultural buildings. The proposed frameworks will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
Competent consultants with experience of working with but not limited to historical/listed agricultural and tenanted buildings are required to scope, building survey, design, arrange and acquire planning consent, tender, appoint sub-contractors and managed schemes of works from concept to completion across a range of sites within the Yorkshire region. All work must be carried out in accordance with current legislation and comply with YW health and safety policies.
