United Kingdom-London: Cultural event organisation services – Recurrent Lead
The current contract for Cultural event organisation services – Recurrent Lead is projected to end on 10-JUN-20 and may be available for retender. Sculpture in the City installation 2017-2019.
Sculpture in the City installation 2017-2019.
To collect, deliver, install, de-install and return a selection of artwork for the Sculpture in the City project, for a period of 3 years.
The selected contractor will be expected to, for a period of 3 year (2017 to 2019):
– Attend regular project meetings.
– To comply with City of London. Requirements in terms of traffic management.
– To prepare indemnity forms and environmental health mobile crane forms.
– To comply with the galleries and artists requirements.
– To de-install the artworks of Sculpture in the City and return it to the galleries.
– To produce Risks Assessments and Methods Statement for each piece.
– To collect, deliver and install artworks as part of Sculpture in the City.
– To store empty boxes and cases if so required.
– To provide emergency repair works if required.
– To engage with the City Corporation’s during the mobilisation phase of the contract and agree a road safety approach.
