Green light for huge Brackley Golf Course residential scheme
Plans to build a 677-strong residential development on the former Brackley Golf Course have been backed by both Salford City Council and Bolton City Council.The site in Little Hulton falls on Salford’s boundary, with the western extent extending into Bolton.Avison Young provided planning and environmental impact assessment advice, Baldwin Design was the masterplanner and CBO Transport was transport consultant.
