Pipeline Framework: Supplier Information Day for upcoming tender – SEN Mediation
A pipeline has been launched for Supplier Information Day for upcoming tender – SEN Mediation.The contract start Date is 01 December 2019. Approach to market date is 08 July 2019.Under the Children and Families Act 2014 Local Authorities must make disagreement resolution services available to parents and young people. The Local Authority must commission the service, but the service must be independent of the local authority. As part of this service specification, the service provider must comply with the requirements of the Children and Families Act 2014 and take account of the current Special Educational Needs Code of Practice.
