Plans have been lodged for a new commercial scheme in Worthing comprising 23 industrial units.MCR Property Group is behind the scheme for on Southdownview Road which could provide 28,000 sq ft of accommodation once complete.MCR Property Group has previously submitted plans to convert the former EDF building to the west of the site into new homes.
