Housebuilder submits plans for first Gavieside village homes
SPRINGFIELD Properties has announced it is making progress with its ambition to deliver a new 2,500 home village at Gavieside Farm, Livingston, after submitting plans for the first 502 homes to West Lothian Council.After securing 400 acres of land just south west of Livingston last summer, the developers have been working on designs. The village plans comprise a mix of housing types, a new primary school, cafes and shops. Springfield said the application will also support the wider community towards the delivery of East Calder High School.
