A 5 year framework will enable Contracting Authorities to complete the 1st phase of their plans without the risk of changing contractors and securing continuity.

Structural works. Masonry and bricklaying work. Floor and wall covering work. Floor-tiling work. Floor-laying work. Installation of gates. Paving and asphalting works. Fencing, railing and safety equipment installation work. Erection of fencing. Many of our Members have already undertaken extensive refurbishment programmes to properties falling outside of the Governments decency standard. However, maintaining standards is now seen as a priority for many organisations. This Framework aims to help EEM Members (Contracting Authorities) maintain their housing stock to the Government’s Decent Homes Standard as a minimum. This may involve the replacement of single or multiple building elements. We are looking for Management Contractors who can undertake works in the following areas: – Bathroom Replacements – Kitchen Replacements – Rewiring and associated electrical works – Heating Replacements – External Wall Insulation – Roof Works – Structural Works – External Works – Loft Insulation EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. The consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO’s, Local Authorities and bodies from the wider public sector.
