£16m apartment block planned at former Belfast city centre social club site
Northern Ireland developer has plans to convert the former Belfast City Transport Club in Belfast into £16m apartment block.Vinder Developments is expected to lodge a planning a application to build the residential project on 66 to 68 May Street by 2020.It is proposing a building that will accommodate 101 homes and two ground floor commercial units including a cafe.
