Road Works Announced In Armagh Town
Resurfacing work is set to take place in the County Armagh town of Newtownhamilton, starting next month.The £355,000 scheme will involve resurfacing a 2km section of the A25 Blaney Road from Mullaghduff Road to a point 190 metres east of Tullyvallan Hall Road.Work will begin on Monday 05 August and run until Friday 20 September.The Department of Infrastructure will be implementing a daily weekday road closure between 8am and 6pm to facilitate the work.A diversion will be in place via Blaney Road, Dundalk Street, Keady Road, Darkley Road, Castleblaney Road, R181, R182, Blaney Road and vice versa. Drivers are urged to leave additional time when planning any journeys in the area.
