Plans revealed for Wirral development
Plans to build a number of industrial units at a vacant site on the Wirral, covering almost 50,000 sq ft, have been revealed.Redsun Projects is behind the application, which concerns a plot on Riverbank RoadProposed are five units across two buildings. These would have the potential to be fitted-out with office space and accommodation with a host of ancillary facilities, as well as warehousing and working areas.Unit one would comprise 19,306 sq ft, with unit 2A covering 11,998 sq ft. Unit 2B would be made up of 4,459 sq ft, with unit 2C accommodating 6,891 sq ft of space.The fifth and final unit would be 6,009 sq ft.Redsun noted that pre-application advice had not been sought.
