Enterprise park gets £1.5m EU investment boost
A new commercial site in North Wales is to benefit from £1.5m in EU funds.The development at Penmaen Road, Conwy, will be built on 2.4 hectares of land owned by Conwy County Borough Council, who will match fund the project.Once the first four premises are occupied, remaining units at Conwy Morfa enterprise park or Parc Cae’r Seion will be constructed to cater to the requirements of interested businesses. The development is expected to create up to 150 new jobs.
