Construction to start on Ockford Park development
CALA Homes (South Home Counties) is set to begin construction on a new development at Ockford Park in Godalming, having purchased the site from Ashill Group.The former agricultural site, which has existing detailed planning permission for 262 private homes, will bring a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes to the edge of Godalming town centre. Of these properties 30 per cent will be allocated as affordable housing.In addition to homes, the scheme will also incorporate a new community building and associated works including public open space, landscaping and contributions towards local infrastructure.
