Choice have a large number of sites (approx. 400) where we are responsible for the cost of landlord or communal electricity. An annual review of this supply is carried out by the energy management team to ensure we are receiving the most competitive rates. This is particularly relevant as electricity costs are generally recharged to our customers through their service charges. Landlord electricity is therefore intended to be procured for all applicable schemes, covering domestic, small business and large business electricity tariffs.
