CDHG – Provision of Scaffolding Works
This framework is for the provision of scaffolding works to County Durham Housing Group, for an initial duration of 24 months, with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months. Scaffolds for housing based work are usually independent scaffold, examples of scaffold works for housing properties are likely to include:
– Safe working platforms around single storey, garages and pitched/flat roof properties,
– Roof edge protection,
– Full height scaffold with one level boarded,
– Full height scaffold fully boarded,
– Single elevations and towers,
– Access to dormer windows,
– Access to chimney, stacks, gas flues and rainwater guttering, and
– Access to peaks and hips.
