Portsmouth City Council ‘The Employer’ is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the Design, Supply and Installation of Photovoltaic (PV) Panels and associated works to residential, educational, community and commercial properties.
The framework will be established at the invitation of tenders for the design, supply and installation of 2 x 25kWp grid connected PV systems to St John’s Court.
The Employer is aiming to have awarded the framework by 24.6.2016 with a commencement date of 1.8.2016. Once operational the framework will be open for a maximum duration of 4 years during which time the framework agreement will also be available for members of the Portsmouth Regional Procurement Partnership (PRPP) plus East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) to let relevant mini-competition (call-off) contracts from where appropriate.
