Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council are acting as (‘The Contracting Authority)’ to establish a single provider Framework for Extra Care Services in Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough. Subject to the Council’s Business Plan, performance of the provider and the success of the Ty Heulog Scheme the Council may wish to develop further Extra Care schemes within the Rhondda Cynon Taf region. The estimated value of the initial Ty Heulog Scheme is circa 150 000 GBP per annum with the approximate weekly commissioned care support hours being 200.
