Employment site gains approval
Plans to create offices and industrial units in Rutland to support 50 jobs have been approved.Stamford-based Forest Commercial Services has secured permission from the county council for the development in Pit Lane, Ketton.Designed by Ross Train Architects, which is also based in Stamford, the allotment land will be transformed to provide 21,570 sq ft of space with 6,996 sq ft for offices and 14,574 for industrial uses.A total of 70 car parking spaces will also be created.
