Plans in for 55-storey Salford tower
Plans for a landmark residential tower in Greengate have taken a step closer with an application having been submitted.The 55-storey development would be the tallest in Salford and include one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as commercial space and major public realm improvements.One Heritage Tower has been designed to both regenerate the existing site and bring forward much-needed housing, as well as complement Salford City Council’ wider plans for Greengate.The proposals would also lead to the creation of a large number of construction jobs during the development phase and further roles upon completion.
