Plans in for sports injury centre and offices
A new commercial development featuring a sports injury rehabilitation centre and offices could be built in Hull in new plans get the go-ahead.Building by Architecture, on behalf of a private applicant, has submitted an application to Hull City Council for a new-build commercial development on the site of One Stop Golf on National Avenue.Planning permission is sought for a new building measuring about 7,000 sq ft over two storeys.The applicant has been approached to development a purpose-built medical facility for a Hull-based company specialising in sports injuries.The ground floor will be used as a sports injury rehabilitation centre with office space on the first floor to be used by the applicant.
