Savills hired for Northstowe phase two
Savills Cambridge has been handed a contract by Homes England for the next phase of development of a new town.About 350 homes have already been constructed at Northstowe, to the north west of Cambridge.The next two stages involves the development of a town centre and 8,500 houses by 2040.Savills Cambridge development and public sector land teams will provide consultancy and disposal advice for phase two.
