United Kingdom-Harlow: Non-residential property services – Framework Lead
The current contract for Non-residential property services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 08-OCT-20 and may be available for retender. Valuation Services (Non-Housing).
Harlow Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations able to undertake asset and insurance valuations in respect of the Council’s non-housing property portfolio. The Council has a diverse property portfolio which includes shops, offices, a crematorium, a theatre, various sports facilities and community buildings, parklands, municipal properties and garages. The Council has elected to adopt a phased valuation programme within which all properties will be valued in year 1 of the contract. In each of the subsequent years, it is anticipated that 20 % of properties will be revalued. The contract shall have an initial term of 2 years, with an option for the Council to extend the contract at its sole discretion, for up to 3 years. Additional information relating to the requirements of the Council are included on the portal. Organisations that express an interest are required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ).
