Leicester City Council (‘the Council’) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations wishing to tender for the provision of Supported Living and/or Flexible Short Breaks services.
The Authority is conducting the procurement using the open procedure in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74 Type of services – Health and Social Services.
The tender procedure will be undertaken to establish a Framework Agreement.
The Framework Agreement will commence on 21.11.2016 and will be for 2 years with the possibility to extend for a period or successive period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council. Although the Framework Agreement will be for this period, individual call-off Service Agreements may run past the expiry of the Framework Agreement. The call-off Service Agreements will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of no more than 2 years in total, in 12 months increments.
