The current contract for Personal development training services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 15-OCT-20 and may be available for retender. Staff Development to assist Organisational Transformational.
The council is seeking to award 4 separate contracts to supplier(s) in respect of 4 areas of development of staff, namely:
– Developing Strategic Capability;
– Developing Improvement and Performance Planning Skills;
– Developing Engaging Managers;
– Developing an Empowered and Engaged Workforce.
