Fotheringham Homes plans to deliver 71 new homes in Aberdeenshire village
Plans to expand a coastal fishing village with 71 new homes have been submitted to Aberdeenshire Council.Gourdon-based Fotheringham Homes has applied for permission to build the new homes in Johnshaven.Under the plans, the development will provide a mixture of two and three-bedroom bungalows along with three and four-bedroom detached homes. It would be accessed by two roads via Cemetery Road.A design statement said Fotheringham Homes would be adding new sports facilities like a play park, football pitches and a bowling green.Construction is due to start early next year.
