Liverpool apartments to go before planners
Up to 155 apartments could be built at an 11-storey Liverpool development if plans get the go-ahead next week.Smith Young Architecture is behind the application, which is earmarked for land to the north of Oriel Street and south of Paul Street.Proposed are four conjoined buildings of between six and 11 storeys, containing the apartments, together with car parking and five commercial units on the lower ground and upper ground floors.The residential units would comprise 25 studios, 77 one-beds and 53 two-beds.An average of 80 full-time jobs would likely be generated per annum over the course of an expected two-year construction period.
