Cabinet set to agree land deal for housing project

Caerphilly County Borough Council’s cabinet is set to agree a deal with a housing provider for the sale of a plot of land for up to 125 homes.The deal with social housing provider Pobl is for the former site of Pontllanfraith House, to be built as Chartist Gardens.The deal is expected to be worth £1.5m.Cabinet meets on 30 October 2019.
