Plans for 6.7-acre expansion on Dorset industrial estate revealed
A Dorset industrial estate could be expanded by up to 6.7 acres if plans for development are approved.The plans for the site at Oakfield Farm in Three Legged Cross, East Dorset, have been submitted by Intelligent Land on behalf of Ankers and Rawlings Developments.If approved, the development would expand Woolsbridge Industrial Estate by 56,512 sq ft.The application for outline permission for the site, known as “Area C”, follows applications for adjacent areas A and B, which included roads infrastructure.Much of the space is set aside for B1 industrial use. However a proportion may be used for other purposes.Dorset Council will decide on the project in due course.
