Fresh aparthotel plans set for thumbs up
Revised plans to develop an aparthotel in Cornwall are poised to be approved.A site at the Una Resort in Carbis Bay has been earmarked for the venue.A previous design featuring 42 rooms was approved as part of a wider application for the Una Holiday Complex in February 2018, which also included 92 holiday villas and leisure facilities.The latest plans propose changes to the internal arrangement of the aparthotel to provide 55 units.They are recommended for approval ahead of a Cornwall Council planning committee meeting next week (18 November 2019).Final approval is subject to a number of conditions.
