Go-ahead for seven-storey apartment block
Plans for a seven-storey building which will have space for 30 apartments in Stoke-on-Trent have been approved.NS and PK Developments is behind the bid for the site of Stafford House in Upper Clough Street, Hanley.Under the proposal, the existing building will be demolished to make way for the new property which will include a ground floor commercial unit to be used as a café or restaurant.Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s planning committee made a final decision on the application at a meeting on Wednesday 13 November.
