Forward funding deal for care facility
Investor Primary Health Properties has agreed to fund and acquire the development of a primary care centre in Mountain Ash, Rhondda Cynon Taf.The construction of the facility is expected to total £4.92m.Once complete, it will be owned by Primary Health Properties and let to Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Local Health Board for an initial term of 25 years.The centre will comprise two GP practices, as well as providing services such as health visitors and district nurses.
