Addington secures consent for Leeds townhouses
Property investment and asset management specialist Addington Capital has secured planning permission for a development of 16 townhouses in Leeds city centre.The development will comprise of 12 two-bed, two-bath townhouses (Melbourne) and four three-bed, two-bath townhouses (Brunswick), with parking and gardens.It will be built on the site of an industrial building on Melbourne Street and Lower Brunswick Street near Leeds city centre.A show home is set to be ready the first quarter of 2020 and the scheme is set to be fully complete by end of June 2020.Addington had originally secured planning permission for a development of 100 apartments but, following market research, decided to build freehold housing for sale instead.
