Plans in for former restaurant
Plans to repurpose a former restaurant have been revealed.An application has been submitted for a site on White Cross Business Park in Lancaster, namely the Gatehouse building.It had operated as an eatery for some 15 years, with the venture having now come to end.As such, the venue is being earmarked by the landlord LCDL as workshop units for light commercial purposes. It is anticipated that these would be in the field of electronics and electrics, IT and visual presentations, repairs, print works light metal work, art work pottery and general craft works.The proposals are likely to go before planners in 2020.
