Green light for Kier Living scheme in Lisvane
Kier Living has secured planning permission for its Parish Reach housing development in Lisvane, Cardiff.Building on the success of its developments in Caerwent Gardens, Dinas Powys, and Urban Quarter, Bristol, Kier Living is preparing to start work on its new Lisvane development of 270 new two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.Work is expected to start on the site in late January on the first phase, with three and four-bedroom show homes opening in the summer.A range of schemes will also be available at the Lisvane site to assist homebuyers with their purchase, including the Welsh Government backed Help to Buy Wales scheme and the Kier Living Part Exchange scheme.The development is situated off St Mellons Road in Lisvane.
