Contractor appointed to speculative distribution centre
A contractor has been appointed on a new speculative distribution centre in South Yorkshire.Trebor Developments and partner Hillwood have appointed Readie Construction as main contractor for the Gateway 4 scheme at Junction 4 of the M18 in Doncaster.Work on the site is due to start in February, with completion scheduled for September 2020. The 409,000 sq ft Gateway 4 unit will be suitable for distribution and manufacturing uses, and feature 38 loading doors, up to 55m yards and parking facilities for up to 83 HGVs. Detailed planning consent was granted towards the end of 2019.Trebor/Hillwood are represented by agent team: Knight Frank (Sheffield/Leeds/London), Commercial Property Partners and CBRE.
