Derby City Council is looking for an Organisation to provide catering services at the Council House.
The service will cover:
РThe restaurant/caf̩ facility to cater for up to 1 200 council employees, customers and visitors.
– Business hospitality requirements, that serve the wider civic, members, corporate and commercial needs.
The form of contractual agreements for the Council House front end restaurant and kitchen will be based on a commercial lease and the hospitality requirements will be on a service contractual agreement.
The lease and service elements will be set up to co-terminate.
