Supply, service and inspection of fire fighting equipment and emergency evacuation chairs to various locations within Leeds City Council including housing and non-housing properties. The contract is for the service and Inspection of Fire Fighting Equipment Including Dry/Wet Risers and Automatic Sprinklers Systems, stand alone fire extinguishers etc.) and Evacuation chairs to Leeds City Council’s Housing blocks of flats, Civic Buildings and Adult Social Care Homes on a biannual and annual basis as described in the tender specification and associated pricing schedules. This contract is in 3 elements Leeds City Council are looking for 1 provider to deliver all 3 elements. Tenderers must be able to provide all aspects of each section in order to be considered. These are as follows:
– Section A – Service, inspection and remedials of Dry/Wet risers and Sprinkler systems,
– Section B – Service, maintenance and supply of Fire fighting Equipment,
– Section C – Service, maintenance of evac. chairs.
