Green light for phase two of Old Colwyn scheme
Macbryde Homes has secured planning permission to start the second phase of its Bryn Y Mor housing development in Old Colwyn. Work is anticipated to start on the Dolwen Road site by the summer. The approved plans will expand Macbryde’s existing development of 76 homes by 22, including a mix of semi-detached and detached properties.Four of the properties will be designated as affordable and a section 106 financial contributions will be made towards local facilities.
