Approval for Forton housing scheme
Proposals for an £11m housing development in Forton have been approved.The Hollins Lane site would comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with 24 of the 60 planned being for affordable rent or shared ownership.M.C.I. Developments, a subsidiary of Keepmoat Homes, is attached to build the scheme, which is being brought forward by Trafford Housing Trust under its Laurus Homes brand.Work will start in February, with completion expected by March 2022.
