Neath company wins £5.1m housebuilding contract

Neath-based construction business Hale Construction has won a £5.1m contract to build 32 properties in Brecon for Powys Council.The scheme, comprising a mix of flats and houses, is Hale’s first ever contract for Powys Council and is part of a drive to provide more council housing in the area.Work will begin in mid-February.
