The awarding authority is looking to work with bidders who are able to provide solutions that are appropriate to the current and future requirements of Progress Housing Group. The work to be completed is based in Lincolnshire, specifically Boston, Lincoln and Grantham and the accommodation units currently have a key card system, hardwired locks on all external doors and battery operated locks on the internal doors.
