Complex installation of compressors and boosters. Delivering a compressor and/or Booster installation project from design, install, commissioning, test, to handover to live operation. Compliance to relevant safety controls and regulations, training. This will involve managing subcontractors and 3rd parties, project management, engineering services, project delivery and handover documentation, testing, planned (nor reactive) servicing.
Note: this lot does not include product supply of actual compressor or booster. This must be sourced through FA1428 Lot 1 suppliers.

Special note: the lots for this contract notice — PQQ FA1428 excludes reactive break fix and maintenance support for compressors and boosters as this is covered by our existing ‘GMES Framework Agreement FA1357 (Lot 3)’.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
Thames Water Utilities Ltd will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
