The current contract for Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Recurrent Lead is projected to end on 13-MAR-21 and may be available for retender. WCC – Treatment or Disposal of Municipal Residual Waste 2018.

The Contractor is required to:
a) provide a suitable Delivery Point (this means a Site with appropriate permits and consents) for the safe receipt of Municipal Residual Waste delivered under the Contract.
b) ensure the safe and environmentally sound handling of Municipal Residual Waste from acceptance at the Delivery point to the point of recovery / disposal.
c) comply with all aspects of the requirements of service and any applicable legislation relating to the Contract.
