Anwyl Partnerships secures £25m contract
Anwyl Partnerships has secured its largest construction contract to date after winning a place on a £25m affordable housing and extra care development on the Wirral.Torus is redeveloping the site of the former Rock Ferry High School to create 84 homes for shared ownership and rent, as well as a 102-apartment facility.Initial construction work will begin in the coming months and is set for completion in the spring of 2022. It will include repurposing the existing grade II-listed former school building, Ravenswood House.
