Warwickshire County Council is acting as the Contracting Authority for the collaborative procurement for Professional Services support. This exercise is to establish a Framework Agreement which the named authorities can use.
Suppliers appointed to the Framework are to provide specialist consultancy relating to the Transport and Highways engineering environment but does not include any physical works. The Framework Agreement, including multiple suppliers will require a Supplier to provide a range of service delivery models including the co-location of staff within the Authorities service teams to supplement workloads. All Suppliers on the Framework Agreement will have the opportunity to compete for a range of projects via direct call-off methods or further competition exercises.
A proportion of the Contracts awarded under the Framework Agreement may be part funded by the European Structural & Investment Funds (ESIF).
