Land earmarked for 370 new homes sold
Barberry Group has sold a 48-acre site in Swindon to a joint venture between developers Vistry Group and Bellway Homes.Barberry secured outline planning permission in May 2019 for 370 dwellings including 74 affordable homes at Redlands Farm, Wanborough,A new school, shop and highway improvements will also be built at the site.Construction is expected to start later this year.Last year, Barberry Group also completed a £37.5m land deal paving the way for a cyber technology development in Cheltenham.
