The current contract for Roof works and other special trade construction works – Framework Lead is projected to end on 28-MAR-21 and may be available for retender. FR2 – Flat Roofing & Associated Products.

The LHC seeks to establish a Scottish framework agreement in respect of the replacement of flat roof coverings. The form of the framework will be subject to a pre-tender engagement process, commencing with the PIN and will have consideration to system suppliers that supply social landlords and other public sector bodies with a choice of competent, approved installation contractors to deliver their systems.
– Flat roofing design, supply, installation and associated works
– Remit: national, consortia bids, with each consortium comprising a national systems supplier lead and their national/regional approved installers
– Typical/target property: Multi occupancy residential buildings (low/medium/high-rise), educational establishments, local government buildings, police/fire authority buildings
– Typical/target client: HA, ALMO, LA, RSL, LEA, Fire/Police Authority etc.
